In our instructions, we suggest you remove the reptiles first because it would be easy for a THOROUGH spray in the tank and substrates. Let it dry. If you want, it will certainly not harm if you let your reptiles stay in the tank when spraying. Rest assured.

Q: Does it harm my reptiles if they breathe the lingering smell?

A: The product has NO sodium hypochlorite and chlorine. Your reptiles will NOT expect to breathe any harsh chemical smells lingering behind.

Q: I regularly clean my reptile tank and there’s no odor. Why don’t I notice a change after using the spray?

A: The deodorizer works on tank odors. If it’s already clean, the spray won’t add a distinct scent, so you might not sense a difference.
